A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Brand Manager in executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for the designated portfolio. This role involves assisting with campaign development, project coordination, market analysis, brand communications, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand performance and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across pharmacy, digital, and healthcare channels.
- Support promotional activities aligned with sales cycles and brand objectives.
- Coordinate marketing material creation and agency briefings, ensuring brand guidelines and timelines are met.
- Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data (IQVIA, IRI, tracking reports) to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support monthly forecasting by analyzing demand trends and promotional performance.
- Assist in organizing HCP engagement initiatives, including events, CME activities, and congresses.
- Track marketing expenditures and manage POs/invoices in line with budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical, Digital) to ensure smooth execution of brand plans.
- Prepare brand performance reports, business reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Science, or related field (BCom, BBusSci, BSc with Marketing).
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or assistant brand management (internships considered if relevant).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, OTC, or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with market data tools (IQVIA, IRI).
- Prior involvement in product launches or marketing campaigns.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics (pharmacy/FMCG).
