Job Description
The Laboratory Assistant supports laboratory operations by performing quality control tests and procedures, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate and reliable results under supervision. This role contributes to the consistent delivery of high-quality laboratory outputs and supports overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality control tests and laboratory procedures as per standard protocols.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Support senior laboratory staff in research, testing, and analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting data.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Awareness of laboratory safety and hygiene standards.
