Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a driven Hybrid Sales Representative to generate new business and deliver tailored security solutions. This role focuses on expanding the customer base while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Main Purpose of the Role

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

  • Sell new alarm systems, system upgrades, CCTV solutions, and electric fencing

  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for new clients and hardware sales

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven sales experience with a strong performance record, preferably in capital goods sales

  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS and DSC is advantageous

  • Matric or equivalent qualification

Job Requirements and Attributes

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

  • Strong selling ability with effective time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications

  • Professional appearance and responsible conduct

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

  • PSIRA Grade C is advantageous

  • Strong hunter mentality for new business development

  • Technical aptitude for alarm systems and alarm monitoring platforms

Key Duties

  • Generate and close self-sourced sales opportunities

  • Follow up on leads received internally and through telesales

  • Sell security solutions to both new and existing customers

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and related partners

  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  • Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation

  • Remain focused on consistently exceeding sales targets

Performance Standards

  • Achieve revenue and new client acquisition targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing estate clients

  • Ensure all leads and quotations are followed up promptly
