Graduate Programme Overview
The Graduate Programme is an intensive 18-month development initiative designed to equip high-potential graduates with practical exposure and professional skills within a large corporate environment. The programme focuses on building work readiness, leadership capability, innovation, and strategic thinking, enabling graduates to contribute meaningfully to business objectives and long-term growth.

Programme Exposure
Participants in the Graduate Programme will gain exposure to key business concepts, including:

  • Effective management and control of organisational resources

  • Implementation of strategies, policies, processes, and procedures

  • Optimising resources to meet business and customer requirements

  • Applying legislation, best practices, and quality standards in daily operations

  • Maintaining competitiveness through responsible and efficient operational delivery

Programme Objectives

  • Provide graduates with access to an accelerated development journey

  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles within business units

Graduate Programme Outcomes

  • Develop self-management, people management, and leadership skills

  • Gain insight into business operations through analysis and evaluation of processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer service while reducing costs

  • Understand financial cycles and contribute to cost optimisation initiatives

  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

  • Gain insight into sales processes, workforce productivity, and resource management

  • Propose operational improvement solutions across multiple service areas

  • Promote a zero-harm culture through compliance with health and safety standards

  • Understand customer contracts and service delivery obligations

  • Learn organisational culture and human capital processes

  • Engage with external stakeholders including community leaders, SAPS, and industry bodies

  • Develop an understanding of key legislation and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Complete required industry registrations during the programme period

Programme Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree aligned to Fidelity Services Group business areas

  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

  • 0–1 year of relevant work experience

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

  • Clear criminal record

  • Full computer literacy in the MS Office suite

  • Willingness to rotate roles and work across different operational environments
