- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good planning skills to manage daily tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Protect company assets including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers
- Follow and implement company policies and procedures effectively
- Maintain proper store and department layout standards
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Ensure accurate administration related to stockroom activities, markdowns, and lay-bys
- Replenish merchandise efficiently and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store
