About the Program
Job Description
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures as required.
- Support customers during flight disruptions and cancellations.
- Handle and safeguard confidential information while addressing complaints professionally and promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Supervisor on duty.
- Deliver professional and consistent customer service at all times.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Airport and ticket sales experience (Essential)
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as required
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal command of English, including proper phone etiquette
- Conflict resolution skills
