Role Purpose
As a Corporate Sales Specialist, your role is to attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling Momentum Corporate products. You will drive new business growth, provide exceptional after-sales service, and foster long-term client relationships to enhance market share and contribute to business sustainability.
Requirements
- Relevant legislative/regulatory exams or qualifications.
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of employee benefits experience (essential).
- 1–3 years in financial services (preferred).
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Engage with advisors and prospective clients to present product benefits aligned with their financial wellness goals.
- Support FAIS-accredited advisors in recommending suitable products based on affordability and financial objectives.
- Assist with tax and legal implications related to product offerings.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration and reporting.
- Meet production, quality, and conversion targets.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all sales processes.
- Deliver technical insights to enhance client financial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute Momentum Corporate’s strategy.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Client Engagement
- Resolve client/adviser queries promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, compliant information to maintain client trust.
- Facilitate client and adviser education on product features and legislative requirements (e.g., Regulation 37).
- Strengthen relationships through proactive engagement and trusted financial guidance.
- Recommend improvements to enhance client service quality.
