Job Overview:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure that security services are delivered in accordance with client contracts and company standards. The Compliance Manager will monitor service quality, manage staff performance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate; PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- People management experience
- Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
- Competent in all three firearms for business purposes
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Resident in Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met according to client agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients regarding security services
- Continuously evaluate service levels and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and manage security staff performance to meet required standards
- Handle all necessary administrative matters
- Liaise daily with branch management on operational issues
- Submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports to management
