Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging workshops that foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Facilitate impactful sessions that promote self-development, confidence building, and positive mindset change.

Support participants in identifying personal challenges and guide them to develop practical solutions.

Deliver training on essential workplace and life skills, including communication, computer literacy, and professional conduct.

Assist individuals with CV development and strengthening office administration skills.

Encourage continuous learning, creativity, and the development of strong personal values and ethics.

Provide coaching in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and personal accountability.

Create, monitor, and evaluate individual development plans to ensure measurable progress and growth.
Required Skills

Facilitation experience of 1 to 2 years

Community work experience of 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

Matric
-
Training or courses in Human Behaviour, Mind Science, or Training

NLP certification will be an advantage
Experience

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Coaching, Training, or Facilitation
Legal Requirements

Clear criminal record
