Job Objectives

Lead and apply a structured change management methodology to support Warehouse Management System implementations.

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to enable adoption of programme-driven changes.

Support the design, development, delivery, and management of clear and effective communication plans.

Assess organisational change impact, readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
-
Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders affected by change initiatives.
-
Contribute to the design and delivery of training programmes by documenting requirements and supporting implementation.

Develop and maintain a robust change management plan and overall change approach for programmes.
-
Perform change management assessments and evaluate change effectiveness.
-
Identify, analyse, and implement risk mitigation strategies related to change adoption.
-
Anticipate, manage, and address resistance through structured interventions.
-
Consult with and coach project teams on change management best practices.
-
Produce actionable deliverables, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.

Engage and support senior leaders to drive visible sponsorship and commitment.
-
Coach managers and supervisors to effectively lead their teams through change.
-
Support organisational design activities, including defining roles and responsibilities.

Coordinate change activities with internal and external specialists to ensure alignment.

Integrate change management activities into overall project plans.

Evaluate and ensure end-user readiness prior to go-live.

Actively manage stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Education
-
Matric
-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Science, Science, or a related field with a focus on organisational transformation, change management, or consulting
Experience
-
5–7 years’ experience as a Change Manager
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering large-scale change initiatives
-
Proven track record in successful change management delivery and measurement
-
Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions and workshops
-
Strong knowledge and practical application of change management principles and methodologies
-
Experience within a large retail environment is advantageous
-
Distribution or warehouse management experience
-
Proven experience leading change initiatives within Warehouse Management Systems
