We are hiring enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at the newly revamped Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort. Be part of an exciting F&B launch in Queenstown, delivering world-class dining experiences against the stunning backdrop of Lake Wakatipu. Our culinary offerings, led by celebrated Chef Gerhard Gerber, highlight seasonal New Zealand ingredients—fresh seafood, premium meats, and organic produce—paired with an exceptional wine and spirits selection.
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Accurately taking orders while personalizing recommendations.
- Expertly guiding guests through our menu and beverage selections.
- Delivering food and drinks with precision and professionalism.
- Providing exceptional service, building rapport, and exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A friendly, welcoming attitude and a positive approach.
- Proven experience in high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar position.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
