Relief Business Analyst – Pep Vacancies
Purpose of the Role
The Relief Business Analyst serves as a critical link between Business Stakeholders, Systems Teams, Pepkor IT, and external technology partners. This role supports the execution of business strategy by analysing, designing, and improving business processes and system functionality using industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse, discover, and document business processes to support continuous improvement initiatives

Elicit, manage, and define business requirements to enable efficient system-supported processes

Develop clear and accurate user stories that define system configuration or development needs

Create detailed test cases to support comprehensive system testing

Coordinate and deliver training and effective knowledge transfer to users

Support project management activities to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and objectives

Test and validate system configurations to ensure solutions meet business requirements

Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing activities

Govern business processes and standard operating procedures

Provide user support and troubleshoot system and process issues

Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support business operations
