Property Manager – Persona Staff
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities and professional client and tenant interaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential matters
- Matric (Grade 12) required; additional qualifications in business, property, or administration are advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general communication
- Maintain accurate records of tenants and properties, including leases, contact details, and payment histories
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance with contractors and service providers
- Assist with billing processes and ensure timely rent collection
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and lease-related documentation
- Facilitate tenant applications, onboarding, and lease agreements
- Monitor lease terms, renewals, expirations, and vacancy management
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations and company policies
- Administer utilities, service agreements, and insurance policies
- Oversee vehicle license renewals
- Manage diary and appointment scheduling for stakeholders
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required by management
