Young Professional-in-Training Programme
Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) is seeking dynamic, unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 to join a structured two-year development programme. This initiative aims to equip candidates with institutional knowledge and hands-on training to enhance employability across various functional areas. Progress is evaluated every six months, ensuring alignment with both participant and organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a National Diploma, Diploma, Bachelors’ degree, BTech, or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6 or higher) from a DHET-registered institution (universities, universities of technology, TVET colleges). No prior work experience in their field of study is required.

Programme Structure
Participants will engage in a mentored, two-year development journey, gaining exposure to diverse departments and depots within TRIM. Successful candidates will undergo a recruitment process before placement.
