Job Description
We are hiring passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors & Team Leaders to lead our team at the newly renovated Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort. This is your chance to be part of a groundbreaking F&B launch in Queenstown, offering unforgettable dining experiences with stunning Lake Wakatipu vistas.

Working alongside acclaimed Chef Gerhard Gerber, you’ll help craft menus highlighting New Zealand’s finest seasonal produce—fresh seafood, premium meats, and organic vegetables—paired with an expertly curated wine and spirits selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations with efficiency and precision.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Master our unique F&B offerings to enhance guest experiences.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure flawless food quality and presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and lead Food & Beverage Attendants.
  • Contribute to the success of this high-profile F&B venture in Queenstown’s iconic setting.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • 12+ months of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years in a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and confidence in leadership.
  • Hospitality Management diploma (advantageous).
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
