About the Role
RecruitMyMom is seeking a highly versatile and proactive Team Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

As a junior-level role, you’ll gain invaluable exposure to both operational and cultural aspects of our business. You’ll work closely with leadership and team members to ensure smooth office operations, boost team morale, and uphold our values of excellence, empathy, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and protecting focus time
• Coordinate logistics and prepare briefing materials for key meetings

Team & Culture Support
• Provide calendar support to team leaders
• Organize monthly team events, annual retreats, and special celebrations
• Assist with team errands and ad hoc needs

Office Administration
• Maintain a welcoming, well-stocked office environment
• Oversee vendor management and fleet logistics
• Manage the internal office/events calendar and catering needs
• Coordinate Friday lunches and refreshments

General Assistance
• Act as the first point of contact for office visitors
• Support onboarding processes, including welcome packs and biometric enrollment
• Handle couriers, deliveries, and administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Proficient verbal and written English communication
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
