Purpose of the Position:
Lead a dynamic store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, minimizing stock loss, ensuring compliance, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by enhancing customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, and implementing promotions effectively.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a secure store culture and adhering to cash handling and stock management procedures.
- Optimize costs by promoting efficiency and aligning with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative duties according to company guidelines.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain safety and hygiene by upholding health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary education (business/retail degree/diploma advantageous).
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/GSuite advantageous).
