Permanent Part Time – Sales Assistant – Cape Union Mart – Kolonnade

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceed customer expectations by practicing excellent selling techniques.
• Adhere to stock loss controls in store.
• Consistently meet individual sales targets.
• Maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
• Maintain high housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
• Create an inspiring and welcoming shopping environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 months of retail experience.

• Knowledge of current clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applied for).
