Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking Crew members for the Ermelo Branch, reporting to the Branch Manager. The Crew will be responsible for collecting and delivering clients’ money while ensuring accurate documentation and proof of delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation, minimum Grade C
• Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate
• Firearm competency, minimum handgun qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security industry or similar role
• Clear disciplinary record
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physically fit

Key Responsibilities:

• Train as a future Custodian
• Collect and deliver clients’ money with full accountability
• Receive, sort, and distribute consignments
• Report any delays immediately to the Branch Manager
• Prevent and report incidents as required
• Maintain radio contact with controllers
• Take preventive action against suspicious activity
