About the Role

Sab Vacancies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager to support brand strategy development, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, driving promotional effectiveness, ensuring timely project delivery, and supporting initiatives that enhance brand awareness and profitability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development of brand positioning and communication strategies aligned with overall brand strategy.
  • Assist in creating promotional strategies to drive awareness, market reach, and profitability.
  • Translate campaign big ideas and key visuals into execution strategies including trade reach, point-of-sale materials, merchandising, and in-trade campaign mechanics.
  • Develop promotional packaging (primary and secondary) for ad hoc brand initiatives using approved systems.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams, brand, marketing, procurement, key accounts, and regional marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with brand analysts to determine campaign reach across trade classes and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Present campaign plans to trade marketing and group account stakeholders to support customization and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to critical path processes from concept to commercialization, guaranteeing timely campaign delivery.
  • Manage all campaign-related procurement-to-payment (PTP) processes.
  • Prepare and present after-action review (AAR) documentation to support continuous improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with market research teams to identify consumer trends and insights.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Brand Manager in all brand-building activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Commercial or Business Degree.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales, with exposure to event management considered an advantage.
