MSP Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking a skilled DevOps Lead Engineer to join a dynamic team on a hybrid basis in Johannesburg. This role focuses on leading DevOps practices, streamlining deployment pipelines, and driving automation for scalable, high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform and ARGOCD.
• Oversee version control and collaboration using Git/GitLab.
• Apply Agile methodologies to support rapid development cycles and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ARGOCD.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab and Agile practices.
