About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a steel fabrication manufacturing team. The role involves accurately estimating project costs, analysing specifications and blueprints, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise cost estimates for steel fabrication projects
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine material and labour requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency
• Provide competitive and realistic quotations
• Submit proposals on time and ensure adherence to project timelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in steel fabrication
• Matric certificate required; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
