About the Program:
As a Wellness Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplementation, enhancing sales and building customer loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Objectives:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through in-store visibility and proactive support based on health and supplement knowledge.
• Consult with customers to provide tailored advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products.
• Drive healthcare sales by promoting a wide range of brands, using cross-selling and upselling techniques to increase profitability.
• Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures.
• Prevent wastage through proper stock rotation practices.
• Minimise stock losses by following risk management policies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Implement product merchandising according to guidelines and store procedures.
• Adhere to all store standard operating procedures.
• Ensure continuity of service by developing product knowledge and sharing information with relief staff.

Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management
• Desirable: Basic health, fitness, and supplements product knowledge
