Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by providing excellent customer service, upholding world-class store standards, managing stock efficiently, and executing promotions.
• Minimise stock loss by promoting a strong store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by optimising operational efficiency.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Lead, train, and coach a dynamic team of Dynamos, overseeing performance and development.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and professional store environment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in business or retail) is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
