JOB PURPOSE
Drive inbound and outbound policy sales using SMS leads and campaigns. Initiate customer relationships while meeting KPIs. Engage customers, conduct needs analysis, and propose tailored solutions. The ideal consultant has strong product and market knowledge, with a focus on growing the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationships Development
Make outbound calls to allocated customers to build relationships or serve as their first point of contact.
Customer Needs Clarification
Set clear objectives for each call, present solutions using standard materials, and ask relevant questions to assess customer interest and tailor responses.
Sell Customer Propositions
Identify products/services that best meet customer needs, propose solutions within company policies, and persuade customers by highlighting benefits.
Operational Compliance
Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure quality and compliance in all transactions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
Schedule callbacks and log interactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and support retention strategies.
Performance Management
Prioritize tasks to meet quality and SLA requirements, using performance systems to enhance productivity.
Personal Capability Building
Stay updated on internal policies and regulations via online training, completing assessments to validate knowledge.
Sales Opportunities Creation
Generate leads through customer referrals, recommendations, and targeted outreach.

EXPERIENCE
2+ years of telephonic sales experience (Essential)
