Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
  • Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
  • Prepare, process, and administer new policy applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client policy records
  • Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
  • Provide support to existing clients, resolving queries and issues
  • Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and client service needs
  • Organize and manage client files, records, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client use
  • Collaborate with brokers, sales teams, and departments for seamless service delivery
  • Support strategies to improve client acquisition and retention
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Stay informed about industry changes and market trends

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Matric
  • 2+ years’ experience in the life insurance industry
  • Computer literate
  • RE5 certification (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with astute and atWORK (advantageous)
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
