This programme is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects within our Milling division in Pietermaritzburg.

Milling – Pietermaritzburg

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Work: Assist with various project tasks and contribute to team objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Apply your problem-solving skills to tackle challenges.
• Work with Teams: Collaborate with a cross-functional team on Work Integrated Learning projects assigned by your Line Manager.
• Career Alignment: Gain on-the-job experience that aligns with your career aspirations.
• Additional Duties: Take on extra responsibilities as needed to support business goals.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management Accounting
  • Cost Management
  • Financial Management
• Essential Criteria:
  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of South Africa.
  • Location: Should be based in the city of hire.
  • Academic Qualification: Relevant BCom qualification.
  • Experience: Must not have worked full-time (more than 1 year) in your field of study.
  • Current Status: Currently in the final year of your qualification.
  • Work Authorization: Must have work authorization for South Africa.
