Job Description
Truworths is seeking self-motivated individuals with experience in window dressing or visual merchandising to join the Coastal Operations Division. The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating a passion for fashion, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure display areas are clean and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.

Stay updated on and implement changes in display procedures and guidelines.

Keep current with promotions, credit drives, and ensure displays reflect these.

Enhance the image of Truworths through professional interactions with staff and customers.

Take pride in personal appearance and project a polished, professional image.

Provide accurate and timely answers to manager and staff queries regarding fashion, promotions, and trends.

Professionally address customer and staff inquiries about displayed merchandise in windows and in-store.

Maintain professionalism and calmness in conflict situations.

Actively contribute to team performance and foster a collaborative environment.

Take initiative in driving personal development and apply learnings to improve performance.

Follow security procedures accurately and thoroughly at all times.

Complete administrative documentation with precision and attention to detail.

Stay informed about store safety procedures and policies (OHASA).
Qualifications and Experience

Experience in conducting displays, including tasks like building, painting, wiring, and dressing.

Careful attention to the storage and maintenance of models and props.
-
Ability to adapt to continuous changes in the work environment.

Ability to follow and implement Implementation Manuals.

A valid driver’s license is required.
