Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service by being visible and proactive in addressing customer needs, particularly with health and supplement products. The role involves consulting with customers and offering suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products. Additionally, the Wellness Assistant will be responsible for driving healthcare sales in line with targets, promoting a wide range of brands through cross-selling and upselling to boost profitability.
Job Objectives:

Drive sales by promoting a broad range of healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products to meet targets.

Ensure stock availability in the healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures.

Minimize wastage by following stock rotation principles and ensuring proper stock management.

Prevent stock losses by complying with all risk management policies and procedures.

Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within the store to create an appealing shopping environment.

Assist with product merchandising according to guidelines and procedures.

Adhere to store standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Focus on personal development and product knowledge to ensure continuity of service, including sharing information with relief staff.
