Job Objectives:
The Wellness Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by being proactive and knowledgeable about health and supplements. This includes consulting with customers and providing tailored advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products. The role also focuses on driving sales in line with targets, promoting a wide range of brands, and increasing profitability through cross-selling and upselling.
Stock management is a key responsibility, ensuring availability in the healthcare aisles and adhering to stock management principles and procedures. Preventing wastage by following stock rotation principles and reducing stock losses by complying with risk management policies is essential. The Wellness Assistant will also ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained within the store, creating a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
Product merchandising must be implemented according to the established guidelines and procedures. Following store standard operating procedures is critical to maintaining operational consistency. Additionally, continuous personal development and product knowledge sharing with relief staff is expected to ensure the continuity of service.

Essential: At least 1 year of related experience, including selling skills and customer service training
