Job Description:
Food Lovers Market is seeking a dedicated Warehouse General Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our warehouse operations by handling material storage, order picking, packing, and scanning. Your contributions will help enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Receive and process warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing products.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, optimizing space utilization.
• Complete daily inventory logs and report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers effectively.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment with preventive care.
• Follow quality service standards and adhere to procedures, rules, and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to pick orders accurately using methods such as barcodes or serial numbers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Willingness to work 6 shifts per week, including Sundays and public holidays, across trading and non-trading hours.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment is advantageous.
