Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in the Commercial department for young, dynamic individuals to participate in a Sales Learnership program. These opportunities are available across various regions, and successful candidates will report directly to the Team Leader: Sales.
This learnership is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills to understand key sales principles, increase volume, facilitate order-taking, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated area. Learners will work towards completing the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%)

Two South African languages passed with a minimum of 40%

Diploma or degree qualification is an advantage
-
Valid driver’s license is beneficial
-
Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another organization
Additional Requirements:

South African citizenship

Must be an Employment Equity candidate

Unemployed at the time of appointment
-
Age between 18 and 35
-
Willing to commit to the 12-month learnership program
General Information:
The learnership requires participants to obtain a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for certification. This program runs over a 12-month period.
