Coca Cola Vacancies – Unemployed Learner Packaging
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting opportunity in the Manufacturing & Technical department for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the packaging industry. This Unemployed Learner Packaging program is available in Lakeside and is designed to develop skills in beverage manufacturing. Successful candidates will report directly to the Training Controller.
Purpose of the Learnership
This program supports the full development of learners within the food and beverage packaging sector. It provides recognition, mobility, and career growth opportunities in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Learners will complete the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3).
Learnership Overview
Participants will gain exposure to:

Bottling processes and procedures

Safety and housekeeping standards

Quality tests and specifications

Food handling practices
Required Competencies

Self-motivation and strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in teams

Good communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) and Physical Sciences, passed with at least 50%
-
Two South African languages passed with at least 40%
-
Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company or organization
-
N5/N6 qualification is advantageous
