Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering exciting Unemployed Learner Packaging opportunities within the Manufacturing & Technical department. This Packaging Learnership is based in Lakeside, and successful candidates will report to the Training Controller.
Learnership Overview
This program is designed to support the full development of learners within the food and beverage packaging industry. It provides recognized certification, career mobility, and practical exposure in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Learners will complete the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3.
Key Responsibilities
Learners will gain hands-on experience in:

Bottling processes and procedures.

Safety and housekeeping standards.

Quality testing and specifications.

Food handling practices.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams.
Qualifications and Requirements

Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) and Physical Sciences, both passed with at least 50%.

Two South African languages passed with at least 40%.

No prior completion of the same qualification or learnership at another company or organization.
Additional Requirements

South African Citizen.

Employment Equity candidate.

Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.

Aged between 18-35 years.
-
N5/N6 qualification is advantageous.
