Pep Vacancies – Trainee Regional People Support Managers

Purpose of the Job:
To execute the PEP People Support strategy within the defined region by effectively managing the people support function and ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage and facilitate the hiring process to attract top talent.
  • Industrial Relations: Provide guidance on labor relations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Personnel Administration: Oversee accurate and efficient management of personnel records and systems.
  • Culture Maintenance: Uphold and nurture the Sikhula KunYe culture across the region.
  • Policy and Procedure Management: Implement and maintain adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and prepare future leaders to ensure business continuity.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate employee growth through training programs and development initiatives.
  • Operational Support: Provide strategic and operational HR support to line management.

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and a 3-year degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools.
  • Valid Code 8 manual driver’s license with a willingness to travel extensively.
