Job Description
The Temporary Stock & Compliance Assistant is responsible for supporting stock accuracy and compliance within airside operations, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical stock counts for airside trolleys and designated storage areas.

Accurately record, capture, and update stock data in approved systems.

Verify that all trolleys are correctly sealed and that stock handling complies with authorised procedures.

Monitor compliance with operational and regulatory procedures by flight crew and catering service providers.

Identify, document, and report stock discrepancies or non-compliance incidents to management promptly.

Provide support with ad hoc stock control, audit preparation, and compliance-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).

Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Advantageous).

Minimum of 1 year experience in stock control, inventory management, compliance monitoring, or a related role (Essential).

Experience within aviation, catering, or FMCG environments (Advantageous).

Familiarity with stock management systems and ERP platforms (Advantageous).

Basic understanding of stock management principles.

Willingness to work overtime and standby when required.
