Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Techxpert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of maintenance systems and technical processes, using their expertise to improve productivity and enhance the efficiency of our technical systems.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric and COMPTIA A Certified (Essentials and Core)

• Valid Driver’s License (N advantageous)

• Strong selling skills with the ability to close a sale

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong networking skills for both internal and external communication

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Effective stress and conflict management skills

• In-depth technical knowledge of IT hardware components and repair

• Experience in software installations

• Knowledge of networking systems is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Office

• Familiarity with Incredible Connection and JD Group policies, practices, processes, and systems

• Strong understanding of the IC company vision and objectives

• Thorough knowledge of IC branch structure and networks

• Detailed understanding of relevant processes and work systems

• Target-driven with a focus on achieving goals

• Strong self-management abilities
