Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification
• COMPTIA A+ Certified (Essentials and Core)
• Valid driver’s license (N advantageous)
• Selling skills with the ability to close sales
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Networking skills, both internal and external
• Troubleshooting expertise
• Stress and conflict management abilities
• Technical knowledge of IT hardware components and repair
• Experience with software installation and configuration
• Networking systems knowledge advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of Incredible Connection and Pepkor Lifestyle policies, practices, and systems
• Sound knowledge of IC company vision, objectives, branch structure, and networks
• Thorough understanding of relevant processes and work systems
• Target-driven with strong self-management
• Integrity, attention to detail, and personal development focus
