Vacancy Details
The Technician: Employee Relations will support Transnet by coordinating process improvement initiatives and analyzing related projects to enhance operational performance.
Position Outputs:
- Coordination of process improvement initiatives
- Analyzing Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) projects to improve operational performance
- Implementing key projects with significant operational impact
Qualifications and Experience:
- National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- 2 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance or continuous improvement and project management environment
- Proven track record in implementing key projects with operational impact
- Code B Driver’s License with competence to drive
