The Technician: Employee Relations will support Transnet by coordinating process improvement initiatives and analyzing related projects to enhance operational performance.

Position Outputs:

• Coordination of process improvement initiatives
• Analyzing Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) projects to improve operational performance
• Implementing key projects with significant operational impact

Qualifications and Experience:

• National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
• 2 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance or continuous improvement and project management environment
• Proven track record in implementing key projects with operational impact
• Code B Driver’s License with competence to drive
