Fidelity Vacancies – Tactical Training Instructor-Cape Town

Fidelity ADT is looking for a Tactical Training Instructor in Cape Town to deliver high-quality training interventions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role requires adherence to ETQA regulations and industry standards to maintain professional and occupational training excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tactical training sessions and on-the-job coaching for Armed Reaction Officers
  • Deliver professional training interventions within Fidelity ADT
  • Actively participate in company and external training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all accredited training standards, including SASSETA, NKP, PSIRA, PFTC, and CAA
  • Contribute to resource, logistics, and asset management within the training function
  • Maintain quality assurance in all training interventions to mitigate risks associated with learning and development

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • PSIRA Grade B registration
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Training and development qualification or related certification
  • Minimum of five years of experience in security training
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment with sound judgment
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and business impact
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Clear criminal record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
