Purpose of the Job
As a Systems Analyst, you will ensure that our systems and business processes adhere to industry standards and best practices. You will provide essential support for business processes and technology, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Understand business processes and requirements to propose effective software solutions.
- System Design: Design new systems and process changes, providing clear specifications.
- Support: Maintain and support existing business processes and technology, including the PLM system.
- Process Modeling: Build and maintain business process models to support functional and technical specifications.
- System Changes: Specify and manage system changes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Testing: Perform system testing and validation to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Training: Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and provide project management support.
- User Support: Assist with user support queries and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Knowledge and experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and Business Process Management (BPM) software tools.
- Skills:
- Strong passion for processes, systems, and their optimization.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office Suite.
- Programming experience, such as SQL, MySQL, or JavaScript.
- Competencies: Ability to perform under pressure, excellent listening skills, service-oriented, initiative, and innovation.
- Additional Experience: Retail experience and familiarity with merchandising and inbound logistics systems would be advantageous.
