Your Role
Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Returns Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing returns processes to ensure timely and accurate return of stock to designated facilities
- Serving as the primary contact for Customer Service, TDT delivery hubs, and 3PL partners for efficient query resolution
- Investigating and resolving return claims and disputes
- Generating performance reports for hubs, franchisees, and couriers to track KPIs
- Ensuring SLA compliance and daily performance targets are met
- Identifying and escalating operational issues to relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining organized records with a strong eye for detail
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Outlook
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, returns management, or customer service
