Job Description:
BUCO is seeking a dedicated Supervisor: Yard to join our team in Lephalale. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the yard, ensuring stock accuracy, team management, and maintaining safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Documenting all stock items
• Offloading and verifying received materials
• Ensuring stock rotation and managing stock discrepancies
• Maintaining safety procedures and ensuring housekeeping/health & safety standards are upheld
• Providing excellent customer service
• Managing loss control initiatives
• Supervising and managing the yard team, including checking forklifts and conducting physical stock checks
• Upholding and promoting company values and culture

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of building materials is an advantage
• Forklift and/or driver’s license
• Multilingual ability is an asset
• Health & safety training
• Familiarity with relevant systems and product knowledge
