Qualifications
• Matric or equivalent
• Three to five years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills
• Additional qualifications in retail or business will be an advantage

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers
• Efficient and accurate till operation skills
• Consistently high standards of work on the sales floor, including maintaining quality and housekeeping standards
• Strong initiative and ability to get the job done independently

• Commitment to upholding company values, policies, and procedures
• Solid understanding of visual merchandising strategies, stock intensity, and SKU availability
• Strong planning and delegation skills, with the ability to lead a team

• High tolerance for stress and the ability to handle pressure effectively
• Flexibility to work within the shopping center’s trading hours
• Knowledge of the receiving procedure
• Ability to maintain stockroom layout and specifications

• Support merchandising efforts and ensure adherence to stock loss management processes
• Provide financial assistance and execution support
• Handle administration and management-related tasks
• Offer information and support to both the team and management
• Ensure proper stock holding and adherence to company policies
• Assist with human resource-related tasks within the store
