Job Description
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Your responsibilities include driving sales and turnover, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading and motivating the team to excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and turnover to meet store targets.
• Create and deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience.
• Motivate and inspire team members to work diligently and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, with proven experience leading a team being an added advantage.
• A strong passion for homeware.
