We are seeking a skilled Supervisor Expenses to manage GR/IR balances and oversee invoice processing functions. This role requires ensuring accurate validation and adjustments of invoices by Processing Clerks and overseeing processing functions including BOT, Pragma, and workflow.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
• Strong computer literacy with sound knowledge of Excel and Word
• Minimum of 2-3 years of SAP Finance experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Request and manage invoices from vendors for line items on the GR/IR report
• Forward emailed invoices to clerks for timely processing
• Investigate and resolve issues with problem vendors and EDI/BOT failures
• Assist the Query team with documentation requests and invoice processing
• Address incorrect goods receipting issues with stores
• Maintain staff morale and efficiency by creating a supportive work environment
• Handle day-to-day job performance, training, and coaching of employees
