Supervisor Distribution (Temporary) – Brits Bakery
PepsiCo is looking for a temporary Supervisor Distribution at Brits Bakery to oversee the coordination of deliveries, vehicle availability, and stock handling. This role ensures efficient distribution, customer service, and compliance with licensing and vehicle management regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the availability of vehicles, drivers, and products to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records related to vehicle costs, driver hours, and compliance requirements.
- Optimize vehicle utilization by managing distribution routes and resources effectively.
- Oversee stock control and cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and security.
- Ensure customer service excellence by managing orders, resolving queries, and overseeing cash transactions.
- Manage vehicle licensing and crate control to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the distribution team, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate.
- National Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- 2-3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
