Job Overview:
BUCO is seeking a dynamic Supervisor: Administration to oversee various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within our store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing HR, payroll, customer service, and general store administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Payroll Administration and ensure timely processing
- Handle Employee Relations and support HR processes
- Manage Training Administration, including organizing staff training
- Assist in Recruitment and Induction of new employees
- Perform general HR Administration tasks
- Administer Petty Cash and Stationery Management
- Manage Sundry Suppliers and maintain vendor relationships
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and resolve customer queries
- Administer Store Vehicles and ensure compliance with procedures
- Oversee Plascon Point of Sale system operations
- Resolve store-related queries and issues
- Supervise Opening and Closing of the Store
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Previous supervisory or management experience is required
- A Bookkeeping Certificate or equivalent Administration Certificate is advantageous
- Basic computer proficiency
