Job Overview:
BUCO is looking for a skilled Supervisor: Administration to oversee administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Jeffreys Bay store. This role will involve payroll, employee relations, HR administration, and managing various store services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Manage and oversee payroll processes.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee queries and assist with HR-related tasks.
  • Training Administration: Manage training records and support training processes.
  • Recruitment & Induction: Support the recruitment process and coordinate employee inductions.
  • HR Admin & Support: Perform general HR administrative duties.
  • Petty Cash & Stationery: Oversee petty cash and stationery management.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with sundry suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve store-related customer queries.
  • Store Vehicles: Administer and manage store vehicle records.
  • Point of Sale: Oversee Plascon point of sale operations.
  • Store Queries: Assist in resolving store operational queries.
  • Store Opening & Closing: Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Promote Values: Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proven supervisory or management experience
  • Bookkeeping or administration certificate (advantageous)
  • Basic computer skills
