Fidelity Vacancies – Stores Supervisor

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Stores Supervisor responsible for overseeing stock management, store operations, and personnel to ensure efficient inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the computerized inventory system, ensuring accurate recording of received and dispatched items
  • Oversee the receipting process for physical items and services, ensuring alignment with outstanding purchase orders
  • Manage cycle count requirements and ensure compliance with regional deadlines
  • Maintain high service levels for internal and external customers while adhering to financial constraints
  • Ensure requisitions align with approved vendors, product lists, and pricing agreements
  • Monitor product quality from suppliers and ensure adherence to delivery lead times
  • Support the Head Office procurement department by providing necessary information
  • Supervise the daily receipting and issuing of stock according to service and installation schedules
  • Enforce strict access control measures for the store area
  • Organize inventory storage to optimize efficiency and space utilization
  • Implement quality control measures for incoming stock, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
  • Coordinate and oversee monthly stock take procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in stores management, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • SAP experience or familiarity with other inventory management systems is an advantage

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Inventory holding values
  • Stock turnover days
  • Obsolescence percentage
  • Open purchase order management
  • Stock variance investigation and reporting
